  Have to agree with the previous reviewer. This review is solely staff related . In my 36 years on Earth, I've yet to have such an unbelievably bad experience with a doctors office staff. As a new patient I switched PCP's to Dr. Linzer and went for a checkup. He was far from thorough but was serviceable I suppose . to make a long story somewhat short I was recommended to see and was told I'd receive a referral for a local foot specialist.
  
  This is three months later and I am still receiving bills from them. It remains a mystery as to why the referral never went through ( It's a different story depending on what office I speak with. The last reason I heard was Dr Linzer's office sent the referral to the wrong fax number . The woman I spoke with from my insurance company also spoke with one of the women at Dr Linzer's office and basically suggested I find another doctor- said she'd never experienced a doctors office staff having so little care for their patients .
